The Singley family bought a ski cabin for their winter retreats at Soda Springs along the Tahoe River.
Overwhelmed by all the family and friends that wanted to visit, they seek an addition and a slight remodel to the existing feature.
After having multiple one-on-one design sessions, they agreed on having a huge deck to accommodate a lot of gatherings without compromising the exquisite view from their cabin.
The project is currently in the structural phase.

STEGER RESIDENCE REMODEL
Tahoe City, CA USA
The Stegers bought their dream home in August and they were seeking a remodel of the existing to compliment their contemporary vibrant feel.
After a couple of one-on-one design brainstorming sessions, the couple took a decision to remodel their kitchen, add an office and enhance their main seating area with a detailed cathedral ceiling with skylights.
The project is currently undergoing plan-check review.
