| PROJECT BRIEF | Ms. Rivera is a young singer entrepreneur. As part of her aspiration, she wants to open a music school to help make it attainable to everyone, spreading class and culture amongst her community. With an entrepreneurial mind, and a depth of knowledge coupled with a Gen Z different views, Ms. Rivera chose a department store in a mall to convey her vision. Bitarchitects team is helping her transform this department store into a music school along with a dance studio for performing arts. The main challenge was the acoustical viability of the space, and the use of paneling in order not to disturb other functions in the mall. |
